Is Gender Diversity a Womens
or Mens issue? According to leading research,
it has been revealed that companies with the highest
representation of women in their senior management teams
achieve a 35% higher return on investment, and a 34%
higher total return to shareholders than companies with
the lowest womens representation. In spite of this,
only a small proportion of business leadership positions
are actually held by women. During this presentation we will
explore the thoughts of 'Gender Diversity' from four
exciting leaders of the Australian IT Industry. |
Presenter:
Dr Lynda Bourne Success

and considered successful. The same is true for any
business or ICT initiative ranging from a major
organisational change through to routine maintenance work. About Dr Lynda Bourne Dr Lynda
