It is hard to believe that ten years have gone by since the Women are IT networking group was founded in Melbourne.

Madeleine Sanders – Global Services Manager Project Control Centre – IBM
Madeleine Sanders has nearly thirty years in the IT industry where she initially commenced as an IBM computer operator, progressed though systems programming, applications development, project management and business unit management.
During her career, she worked for over 14 years in Europe, Africa, America and Asia. The companies she has worked for are National Mutual, the Stock Exchange, Hertz Rent-a-Car, Xerox, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Digital (assigned to TAB and BP) and Praxa.
She joined IBM GSA in September 1997.
